Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Paul’s  musical journey began at a young age watching his father play Greek bouzouki. Joining his band at age 7, Paul delved into the amazing world of music, playing weddings, bar gigs, and underground clubs in the Bay Area for over 2 decades. He played multiple instruments in the band before ultimately connecting with the electric guitar.  

Exploring bouzouki, oud and laouto (Greek Lute) allowed Paul a unique understanding of diverse harmony. Further studies in Los Angeles broadened his musical horizons, and a stint in Austin, Texas reignited his love for the blues and electric guitar. Eventually he found himself back in Santa Cruz as his father’s health declined. They shared special moments through playing Greek festivals and intimate family jams for 2 years before his father’s passing in 2020. Paul will cherish those times forever.

Resuming his love for the electric guitar he drew inspiration from music legends, fellow musicians, and the everlasting influence of his father. Following the Nashville guitar scene since his late teens Paul toyed with the idea of living there some day. Music City’s vibrant creative scene beckoned, and now, in 2023, he’s proud to call Nashville home. Forever grateful for the twists and turns, he is excited to see where the music takes him next!
